Prohibited Paid Advertising Activities
As a participant in the Riverside Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"), affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any paid advertising activities that directly or indirectly promote Riverside, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any form of paid search advertising.
- Paid placement or bidding on keywords, phrases, or trademarks associated with Riverside.
- Sponsored advertisements on search engines, social media platforms, or any third-party advertising networks.
Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the affiliate agreement, forfeiture of any outstanding commissions, and potential legal action for unauthorized use of Riverside’s intellectual property.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with this prohibition and acknowledge that failure to adhere may result in removal from the program and further consequences as deemed appropriate by Riverside.
